The project kicked off strong this summer with site prep and foundational work. Crews completed grading and poured the concrete foundations that will support each condo unit. This crucial step sets the stage for steady vertical progress.
Framing Takes Shape
Framing is now underway, and the first structures are starting to rise from the ground. With walls and rooflines coming into view, owners can begin to visualize the layout of their future spaces.
Looking Ahead
Exterior work is scheduled to begin next month, including siding and roofing installations. We remain on track with our construction timeline and look forward to sharing more updates as milestones are reached.
